Returns and Exchanges

We want your shopping experience with us to be enjoyable, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with returns.

If you have any doubts or simply do not like the product, do not hesitate to return it. You have 7 days after receiving your order to decide on a return. If 7 days have passed since you received your product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

The return process is very simple: just email us at store@dopeclvb.world, explaining why you want to return the item. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We only accept items that are new, unused, and unworn. Please retain the packaging and all accessories. Do not remove the tag until you are sure you want to keep the item.

Our specialists will thoroughly inspect the returned item and refund your payment to your original payment card. Please note that this may take up to 10 business days after we receive the item back at our warehouse.
